Your original, unexpired license, valid for the entire rental period. Photocopies, phone photos and learner's permits are not accepted. Additional drivers also need a valid license.
A credit card with enough available credit for the rental and security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted, subject to additional requirements.
An insurance card or policy information may be requested. Personal auto insurance is not a universal requirement — we will confirm what you need when you book.
These may include a recent utility bill, a pay stub or a return travel itinerary, particularly when paying with a debit card.
International renters: bring your valid home-country driver's license. You may also need a passport and an International Driving Permit or professional translation. An International Driving Permit must accompany the original license.

Yes. Both the Ford Transit and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter are built for highway driving and are regularly used for trips beyond the Metroplex. Tell us your route when you enquire so we can recommend the better van for the distance.
Every rental includes 200 miles per rental day, pooled across the whole booking. Extra miles are $0.50 per mile for the Ford Transit and $0.75 per mile for the Mercedes Sprinter. See the Mileage Rate Guide for a worked example.

Yes — weddings, receptions, conferences, corporate away-days and similar events are all trips we cover. For events with several pickups, send us the running order and we will work out how many vans the schedule needs.
You can collect your van from either of our two pickup locations:
Bring your original, unexpired driver's license, a credit card in the renter's name with enough available credit for the rental and deposit, and proof of insurance if requested.
